The villa has great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed wind secluded swimming pool, a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a roof top jacuzzi with its own separate deck for relaxing on. The villa has a secure integrated garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a lift from the ground to the 3rd floor, with two ways to enter; through the garage or through the front door. It is only a 5 min walk from the world famous Camps Bay beach and vibey promenade with shops and restaurants.
A water filter has been fitted to the kitchens, providing clean drinking water, with no need to rely on bottled water. The bathroom amenities are from O’Naturell, an eco-conscious brand, specialising in producing body care products that are non-toxic and beneficial to your health, whilst being planet friendly. In addition to this, we use only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning materials and solutions in the house. This helps to protect our beautiful natural environment and the wellbeing of our staff and guests.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms in the house are as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Master – 1 King sized bed (Extra length)
Bedroom 2 – 1 King size bed (Extra length)
Bedroom 3 – 1 King size bed (Extra length)
Bedroom 4 – 1 Double bed
Bedroom 5 – 2 Single beds (can be converted to 1 x King size bed upon request at the time of booking).
Bedroom 6 – Large double volume duplex apartment – 1 Queen size bed
We can also arrange an on-site chef service, massages at the villa, onsite gym instructor, tours, transport and babysitting services.
Additionally available:
Complimentary high chair and baby cot – available with mattress and mattress cover.
An additional single bed is available on request at a cost of R500 per night.
Adjacent to this villa, there is an additional villa which, subject to availability, can be rented out, thereby providing accommodation for 12 bedrooms.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
We require a refundable breakage deposit of R20,000, to be paid prior to check-in. This will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.
LOAD SHEDDING – temporary power outages.
The villa is equipped with solar-power with a battery backup system, which together power the entire house, except for the lift, air-con, heaters, stove/oven & jacuzzi, in times of load shedding. So during load shedding you still have full access to Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities by means of 2 gas burners in the kitchen.
STAFF:
This home has a full time House Manager and Host, who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and are available should you need any assistance during your stay.
The villa also has two housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 16h00). Weekend cleaning services can be arranged at a additional fee. Pre-booking is required.
BREAKFAST:
Chef service can be arranged for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pre-booking is required.
LATE CHECK-IN FEE:
Please note there is a late check-in fee for check-ins after 8pm, payable to the property manager.
