The entry level (1st floor) consists of a double garage which has direct access into the villa. On this floor you will also find a study and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Down a level to the 2nd floor you will find the open-planned living space featuring the formal and informal lounge areas, modern kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The second and third bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor and both have en-suite bathrooms. This level also boasts another lounge area with sea views and a private plunge pool with 2 x sun loungers.
